At UITC™ we pride ourselves on reducing our carbon footprint and producing as little waste as possible! All of our wreath making boards are 100% recyclable and made from recycled plastic!
UITC™ boards help make the world a prettier place with less waste. Instead of paper instructions for our designs, we offer free creation support through customer service at info@uniqueinthecreek.com and our video tutorials HERE, both help us maintain our commitment to the environment!

PROCESSING TIME | SELF CARE SERVICES
We ship in 3-5 business days; orders are picked up by Carriers Monday through Friday (outside of holidays). Most Carriers update tracking on these drop offs within 1-3 business days. Keep in mind when ordering that business days do not include weekends or any local holidays, they will impact your receipt date. Our goal is to have your Unique products in your hands within 7-10 days but are unable to guarantee delivery times. You have 10 days from the date you received your order to dispute any contents.
We will email your tracking information to you as soon as it becomes available, you can also monitor your order status through your My Account self care services by signing in in the shop. Customer accounts are free and they allow you to navigate through your account details and information easily, a customer account opens up DISCOUNTS too!
DO YOU SHIP | FREE SHIPPING
We offer shipping to the continental United States and Canada only through the shop. For international orders, please send us an email at info@uniqueinthecreek.com we may have a distributor near you. Shipping prices are based on weight and package size and if we are able to adjust your shipping to save you money, we will.
Shipping rates are determined at the checkout for our US customers, Canadian Customers are charged a flat rate per province; FREE shipping applies if you spend $135 (after discounts are applied) and reside in the continental US or anywhere in Canada.
For local pick up – from St Catharines Ontario – please contact Customer Service, notes on orders are not sufficient to arrange pick up. Customer Service will arrange a time with Shipping and refund any applicable shipping charges on your order. Please note, processing times are the same for pick up.
***Please note, for all US addresses a physical address is required, we cannot ship to PO Boxes through UPS***
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED | CURRENCY
We are located in Ontario Canada but, are primarily based on-line. We do not have any customer facing locations and are registered as a Canadian company. If you are shopping with us from Canada you will see pricing and be charged in Canadian dollars, all other locations will see and will be charged in US dollars.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS THAT HAVEN’T SHIPPED WHERE THERE IS AN ERROR REGARDING COUPONS OR BILLING DUE TO TECHNICAL OUTAGE OR FAILURE.
PSA/Dislcosure/Legal: Any persons that “cuts/manipulates/modifies” any of the Unique in the Creek wreath making boards ( that means the PERSON MANIPULATING/MODIFYING THE BOARD ) shall be responsible for all damages to property, Injury to persons/customers, loss, expense, inconvenience and delay which may be caused by, or result from, the conduct of work under this manipulation, or from any act, omission, or neglect of the person completing the manipulation/modification.
