Refunds and Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and 99.9 % of the time, this has been the case. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a refund on the purchase price excluding applicable shipping and service charges**. Please also note the following:

We must be notified prior to returning the item, please do not decline your delivery without notifying us.
SALE items or special order items ( ie T-Shirts) are all final sale.
Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
A copy of our invoice must be enclosed or you must confirm your order # with Customer Service prior to the return.
Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
A re-Stocking fee of 10% will apply and will be withheld at the time of your refund.
Refunds will be credited through the payment method used.
Refunds on items that qualified for free shipping will still be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
Please make sure that your device accepts PDF files BEFORE purchasing our digital files. If you are not sure, please do not complete the purchase of any items in the shop. Adobe PDF reader is a free program you can download. Due to the nature of these files, which are sent as a instant download, there will be absolutely no refunds. You are purchasing a digital file. Nothing will be sent to you in the mail. All files have to be downloaded and are final sale.
