Stripe Deco Poly Mesh (remarkably like Poly Burlap). This material is made from thick plastic fibers. This mesh is waterproof and exceptionally durable. It is stiffer than Poly burlap but has the thick plastic texture like the Poly burlap (Stripe refers to the weave of the mesh, it has a solid appearance). Pair this mesh up with a UITC Board and some ribbon, you have a winning combination!
