We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and 99.9 % of the time, this has been the case. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a refund on the purchase price excluding applicable shipping and service charges**. Please also note the following:
  • We must be notified prior to returning the item, please do not decline your delivery without notifying us.
  • SALE items or special order items ( ie T-Shirts) are all FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchanges.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
  • Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
  • A copy of our invoice must be enclosed or you must confirm your order # with Customer Service prior to the return.
  • Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
  • A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply and will be withheld at the time of your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited through the payment method used and can take up to 5 business days to post.
  • Refunds on items that originally qualified for free shipping will still be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
**Service charges may include fees for credit card purchases as well as any additional shipping / duty charges.
