We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and 99.9 % of the time, this has been the case. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a refund on the purchase price excluding applicable shipping and service charges**. Please also note the following:
We must be notified prior to returning the item, please do not decline your delivery without notifying us.
SALE items or special order items ( ie T-Shirts) are allFINAL SALE, no refunds or exchanges.
Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
A copy of our invoice must be enclosed or you must confirm your order # with Customer Service prior to the return.
Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
A re-stocking fee of 10% will apply and will be withheld at the time of your refund.
Refunds will be credited through the payment method used and can take up to 5 business days to post.
Refunds on items that originally qualified for free shipping will still be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
**Service charges may include fees for credit card purchases as well as any additional shipping / duty charges.
