Shipping Policy
USA Customers
Orders for U.S. customers are shipped from Michigan.
Canadian Customers
Orders for Canadian customers are shipped from Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Pickups and carrier drop-offs occur Monday through Friday.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
USA Shipping Requirements
- A physical address is required for all U.S. orders.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
- Updates may be delayed depending on the carrier.
- Once the package is with the carrier, please use your tracking number to monitor delivery status.
- We are unable to provide additional updates beyond the tracking information.
Local Pick-Up (Niagara Falls, ON)
- Local pick-up is available at checkout.
- Orders are ready within 3–5 business days (same processing time as shipped orders).
- You will receive an email with pickup instructions and the address once your order is ready.
Important:
Do not arrive for pickup until you have received the confirmation email. Staff on-site will not be able to assist without it.
Delivery & Disputes
Once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
For issues such as:
- Incorrect address
- Damaged packages
- Missing items
Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Dispute Window:
- You must report any order issues within 10 days of delivery.
- Claims made after 10 days cannot be accommodated.
Email Accuracy
Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order.
- Shipping updates and tracking information are sent via email.
- Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see updates.
- Allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Returned Orders
- Orders returned to us will incur a $25 reshipping fee.
- Free shipping promotions are limited to one use per order.
Managing Your Order
You can manage your order by logging into your account:
- View order history and invoices
- Update shipping and billing information
Important:
- Double-check shipping details before placing your order.
- Report any errors or missing items within 10 days of delivery.
- Orders older than 10 days are not eligible for review or dispute.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 40 days and is deemed lost by the carrier:
- You may request a refund or replacement.
