USA Shipping Requirements: Please note: We require a physical address for all USA orders (no PO Boxes) We exclusively use UPS for shipping.

Orders originating in Canada with PO Boxes are we can ship to.

Tracking Your Order: Once your package is with the carrier, please use your tracking details to monitor its progress. We're unable to provide additional assistance beyond tracking.

We offer local pick-up from St Catharine's Ontario. For local pick up, simply select pick-up during check out, we'll email you when your order is ready. Please note, that processing times are the same for pick-up, your order will be ready in 3-5 business days and we will provide the address when we let you know your order is ready. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE WAREHOUSE IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN EMAILED, SHIPPING WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST. 

We offer shipping throughout the continental United States and Canada only through the shop. For international queries please send us a MESSAGE, we may have a distributor closer to you.

Delivery and Dispute Policy: Once your order ships, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If you encounter issues, such as: Wrong address Damage Missing items Please contact the carrier directly to report and resolve. Important: You have 10 days from delivery to dispute order contents. Claims made after 10 days cannot be accommodated.

Important: Accurate Email Required To ensure timely updates, please verify that the email address associated with your customer profile and orders is correct. We send shipping notifications and tracking information to this email. Tips: Check spam mail if you don't see order updates Allow 1-3 business days for carriers to process and update tracking Note: Carriers handle dozens of orders daily, causing delays Returned Orders: If your order is returned to us, a $25 reship fee will be added Free shipping promotions are limited to one redemption per order.

Report order issues or missing items within 10 days of delivery. Please note: We cannot revisit orders older than 10 days for disputes.

Lost Order Policy: If your order hasn't arrived within 40 days of ordering and the carrier deems it lost, we'll provide a refund or replacement. To initiate, please email Customer Service with your UITC order number.
