Shipping policy
Unique in the Creek Shipping Policy
We typically ship orders within 3–5 business days. A physical address is required for all U.S. orders, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Canadian orders may be shipped to PO Boxes.
Orders are picked up or dropped off with UPS or Canada Post Monday through Friday, and most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to provide updates beyond the tracking information. Tracking updates may not always appear immediately, so we kindly ask that you refer to your tracking details before reaching out.
Local Pick-Up (Niagara Falls, Ontario)
We offer local pick-up for your convenience. Simply select “Pick-Up” at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
Please note:
- Processing time for pick-up orders is also 3–5 business days
- The pick-up address will be provided once your order is ready
- Please do not come for pick-up until you have received your notification email, as staff will not be able to assist without it
We currently ship throughout Canada and the contiguous United States (48 states).
Shipping Responsibility & Claims
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, any delivery issues (delays, lost packages, incorrect delivery, or damages) must be addressed directly with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is delivered incorrectly, you must contact the carrier immediately to open a claim. You have 10 days from the delivery date to report any issues. Orders will not be reviewed after this 10-day period.
Order Tracking & Notifications
Please ensure the email address on your order is accurate, as all shipping and tracking notifications are sent via email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see updates.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the carrier receives your package due to processing volumes.
Order Management
You can monitor your order status anytime through your “My Account” dashboard on our website. Here, you can:
- View invoices and order history
- Update billing and shipping information
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout and notify us immediately if any corrections are needed.
Lost Packages
If your order has not been received within 40 days from the order date and is deemed lost by the carrier, it may then be eligible for a replacement or refund. Claims will not be processed prior to this timeframe.
To report a lost package, please contact Customer Service at info@uniqueinthecreek.com and include your UITC order number.
